2016 National Longitudinal Survey of Public Health Systems Instrument

Overview

The National Longitudinal Survey of Public Health Systems (NLSPHS) is the only national, longitudinal source of information about local public health systems and how they evolve and change over time. This survey is being conducted by the National Coordinating Center for Public Health Systems and Services Research (PHSSR) and the Public Health Practice-Based Research Networks (PBRN) at the University of Kentucky, with funding provided by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
