New Studies Test Strategies for Meeting Health and Social Needs During the COVID-19 Pandemic

"Negative consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic will be felt in communities well after the spread of the virus is brought under control. The resulting economic disruption may increase social and health needs, exacerbating pre-existing inequities across the country. Greater alignment across health and social services is necessary for any meaningful recovery, but more research is needed to determine best practices."
