Housing for Health: Using Linked Administrative Data to Assess Cross-Sector Impacts of Permanent Supportive Housing (LA Co. Dept. of Public Health Annual Science Summit)

In March of 2017, Dr. Ricardo Basurto-Davila had the opportunity to share his preliminary findings at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health Annual Science Summit. He was able to share the project's unique approach to permanent supportive housing by focusing on high-ultilizers of health services to align program goals of both the health care and housing sectors. The Housing for Health program also seeks to reduce fragmentation in both service delivery and financing mechanisms.
