How does a novel regional health system structure in Washington state—one of the new Accountable Communities of Health (ACH)—influence local health and human services departments? Presenters will describe progress to date in their study of ACH influence on the local service departments’ ability to develop a regional, cross-sector shared data system, as well as care coordination strategies to support the Triple Aim.
