Overview

Systems for Action researcher, Dr. Mariana Chilton from Drexel University, participated in a panel session with grantees from the Systems for Action, Evidence for Action, and Policies for Action programs at the AcademyHealth Annual Research Meeting in June. The panelists presented research from four cross-sector innovations and their impact on health and well-being. The innovations included linking Medicaid covered behavior health services and TANF offices“comphrehensivist” physicians, community health workers, and community arts and culture programs for low-income seniorsfood banks and health assessments, and public pre-kindergarten.
