Concordium 2015 is an inaugural conference that draws on AcademyHealthÔÇÖs Electronic Data Methods (EDM) Forum and its extensive experience in delivery system innovation. Established in 2010 with support from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, the EDM Forum drives rapid collaboration among researchers and diverse stakeholders who create data, methods, and evidence to shape the next generation of learning health systems. This new meeting brings together the EDM Forum Stakeholder Symposium and AcademyHealthÔÇÖs Delivery System Meeting, to focus on ways to integrate evidence, practice, and policy.
