The research conducted through RWFJ's Systems for Action built relationships and knowledge of core functions of place-based governance that were critical in the development of the state support launch of a Youth Wellness Zone collaborative. The Proviso launching the collaborative was authorized by Representative Tana Senn and the full title is "PLACE-BASED HEALTH ZONES GRANTS/OHY Sec. 12X - Dept. of Commerce - Community Services & Housing."
