S4A grantees from Tufts University, Georgia State University, Stanford University, University of Minnesota, and City University of New York gave a panel presentation at American Public Health Association's 2024 Annual Meeting. Researchers discussed what each project is learning about system alignment through innovative delivery and financing mechanisms as well as how their system alignment-focused project encourages cross-sector collaborations and identify lessons learned.

The presentation was titled "Aligning Delivery and Financing Systems to Improve Access and Outcomes: Addressing Social Determinants of Health through Cross-Sector, Collaborative Partnerships" and the abstract can be viewed here.
