AcademyHealth has partnered with the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute to hold the 2016 Health Services Research (HSR) Workforce Conference in Washington, DC.  The primary goals of this initiative are to: 1) assess the current HSR workforce, 2) identify future demand for HSR, 3) create an action plan for the education of health services researchers, including recommendations for life-long learning, and 4) actively disseminate the strategy with all relevant stakeholders.
