Dr. Mays will present Beyond Social Capital: Building System Capital for Population Health Improvement at the Virginia Chronic Disease Collaborative Network meeting.

The collaborative network engages partners across a variety of chronic disease initiatives and activities.  During the regularly held meetings, members of the network are provided with groundbreaking information and resources as well as highlighting Virginia programs and partnerships.
