Phoebe directs communication, translation, and dissemination efforts for Systems for Action's grantees and intramural research team. Prior to joining Systems for Action, Phoebe designed and managed public health and health policy initiatives in New York City and Maine. She holds an MPH from Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health and a BA from Oberlin College.
